Friends, The Conservation Foundation and the BIG MONEY behind them moved up the date they are proposing for demolition to SOMETIME IN AUGUST!!!!!

We are preparing to present our case to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, whose permission is required to destroy the this HISTORIC STRUCTURE - YES!!! The dam IS PART OF THE DESIGNATION OF THE GRAUE MILL as an historic place!!!

Graue Mill is located on Salt Creek in Oak Brook (DuPage County) Illinois.  It is an operating Mill (yes, fresh-ground corn meal for sale!) and we are working to save this part of our history.
