Council Member Andy King Says "No:" also to the concessions for Animal Shelter including:
- added lighting and the fixing of "Dead Man's Curve" in Section Five
- 3 Million dollars for a beacon program at Truman High School for the children and the community that will offer senior programming as well as free senior breakfast
- Watershed and Wildlife Education
- Academic Partnership for Youth
- Pre Vet Program
-Animal-assisted therapy
- over 120 union jobs
- saving lives of Bronx Animals and providing pet services to Bronx Resident including free dog training, pet food pantry, surrender prevention programs, and LOW cost Veterinary Clinic.
