Give Tracy Barrell a companion card

Tracy was born with no legs and one arm. This was due to the “fantastic” pharmaceutical anti morning sickness pills that doctors and the Australian government allowed her mother to take. This hasn’t stopped her. She won 2 Gold medals at the Barcelona Paralympic games and received Order of Australia for her achievement. She is now raising her 2 kids on her own and working resultantly with the Tweed community and all around Australia to bring awareness about disability.
On Friday 3rd of July 2015, Tracy was denied a companion card due to lack of evidence of her disability. This is ridiculous.
Tracy has described her situation as follow:
“I have situational depression, because like my daily life I'm only different or not accepted when I leave the safety of my very thought out space I call my home. I still leave my safe zone in the hopes that I can make someone else's life or situation better, that maybe I made enough difference to change things for the better of many. I just tried to get a companion card which is for permanent Australian residence, permanent disability, and needs assistance with some events.... That should be me right? I have been declined due to not enough evidence.”
I am raising this petition to get Tracy a companion card. It isn’t lot to ask, is it?
