Court update 29/05/2023

Rudi Gericke appeared in court with his advocate, Willem Edeling.

Rudi has withdrawn his bail application. This means he will remain in custody until his next appearance on 20/06/2023 when the DPP will decide and give the date for the next court appearance. It sounds like it will be a high-court matter.
