The Novato Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 8, 2025, at 7 pm, Novato City Hall, 901 Sherman Ave, Novato, to receive public testimony and provide comments on the adequacy of the Draft EIR, paid for by Costco. To support the campaign, give a public comment at the meeting in person or by sending an email to "planning@novato.org" up to 3 hours before the meeting. However, afterward, it still becomes part of the public record. Thank you!
