Who are we:

NovaTechFX was originally a company that aimed to pay out investors monthly. However, the company now refuses to give any of the money put in by investors, with the company going completely silent on all channels. Because of this, a few victims of what is possibly a pump-and-dump scene created a group where those affected by NovaTechFX could be heard and think of ways to move forward.

What do we want:

When creating this group, we had three goals in mind

1. The capture and detainment of Cynthia Petion, Eddy Petion, and all other NovaTechFX associates who corroborated in running a scam
2. The return of all assets to NovaTechFX victims VIA a class action lawsuit (In Federal Court if possible) and
3. A lifetime ban on Cynthia Petion, Eddy Petion, and all other NovaTechFX associates from ever running a company.

What's our plan:

As of 08/09/2023, we are talking to Help Me Howard, a trusted news/legal service who will look more into the case as we soon begin the steps to creating a class action lawsuit. Aside from this, we are using OSINT (Or Open Source Intelligence) to find out as much as possible about the running of NovaTechFX and how deep this rabbit hole goes. We have opened a Whatsapp community group where you can talk to other victims as well as receive updates on the case. The link is below;

Why sign this?

As we take other steps like talking to leaders in the government and legal organizations, having as many signatures here makes the real difference. This allows us to show the scale of Cynthia's and Eddy's scam as well as how many agree to take action against such vile acts. The more signatures we have here, the better.

Is this run by NovaTechFX

No, and it will never be. This is run by the community, started by a victim of NovaTechFX. We are against NovaTechFX and its actions.

Great, where's the lawyer?

We have yet to select one. We are focusing on bringing as many eyes on this as possible before bringing this to court. We also want all members to have a say in which lawyer we choose, so the choice will be done VIA ballot. Personally, I am looking at curating a list of lawyers who specialize in international civil lawsuits, just in case Cynthia decides it is best to run. In fact, she already sold her Florida home and removed her residency.

Cynthia has done so much for us, why not trust her?

Will we really be looking at legal recourse?
Yes. In fact, we are looking for the highest possible punishments for Cynthia, Eddy, and all other involved parties.

How far are you willing to go?

As far as I need to. My favorite animal to this day is the Cobra, not because of its speed or size, but because of its ability to swallow anything it wants whole. If they decide to run, I hope that all members of NovaTech truly focus on hiding well, because as long as they walk the Earth, so will I. Be it Mexico, Brazil, India, the USA, Asia, or anywhere else, I will follow suit until they are caught.

Why did you start this group?

My family members initially started it, although I mostly run it now from a professional standpoint anyways. I will not tolerate scammers trying to affect those who are looking to harm innocent victims, especially to this scale. 

I got kicked from the group, why?

The only time you might get kicked is if you are overly rude to other members or emphasize with Cynthia. The victims of a crime can not afford to get Stockholm Syndrome or hide in fear. The main goal is to fight but do so with some decorum.

Why not put your email here?

I considered this but I am a 19 year old College Student as of 08/09/2023. I am afraid that my email might get bombarded, thus I linked Whatsapp. It also allows others to respond to questions that may be there if I am not around. However, do know that I am receiving my AA in Criminal Justice Technology before the end of 2024, after which I will move on to mechatronics engineering (a mix of all engineering and computer programming). I also am a startup company founder. I would not run this if I did not have a good backing in business, law, and technology but as I do, I can help make the most of our resources for all the victims within.
