Install High-Quality Surveillance Cameras: Place surveillance cameras at strategic locations throughout the property, including parking lots, entrances, and common areas, to monitor activities and enhance overall security.
Increase Security Patrols: Implement regular and more frequent security patrols by qualified personnel to monitor the premises and respond proactively to any suspicious activities or emergencies.
Implement Better Access Control Systems: Upgrade existing access control systems, including entry gates and door locks, to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the property. Make sure that all stairwells and entry points are adequately secured, including the most obvious unlocked stairwell entry point at the opening of the parking garage and entry from the first-floor level.
