This petition is to try to get the relevant trading standards regulators to investigate the online pet supplies retail company Not in the Doghouse, owned and managed by a Mr William James Wright. william is listed twice on companies house for reasons unknown

Myself and well over a thousand other people have ordered goods from NITDH which are never delivered. Each customer recounts the same experience-non delivery of order,emails from NITDH claiming orders dispatched and tracking details will follow, neither happen.

Requests for a full refund are met with a response that one has been authorised and will appear in the customer’s bank account within 5-10 working days. It never appears. The customer has to request a bank charge back in order to be reimbursed. Most banks are helpful, some are not. All victims of this apparent scam have reported NITDH to Action Fraud, Trading Standards, the Insolvency Services and the Police.

Unfortunately despite this fact it appears that no action is being taken and every day people are placing orders which will never be fulfilled. This includes orders placed by Animal Rescues, who cannot afford to lose essential funds. Several customers have contacted various manufacturers of products advertised on NITDH website. Without exception every company has stated that they do not supply NITDH, many never have. Many of the companies have also stated that they are aware of the problem with NITDH.

Some companies have requested that their products and logo are removed from the NITDH website. But Mr Wright does not comply with their requests.Below are some links to references to all the poor reviews about NITDH and for a FB Group with 1.2k members, all victims of the apparent scam. *links further down the page*

this also begs the question of williams tax affairs which he clearly is evading, deceitful practices, selling without any intentions of supplying goods, breaching the credit consumer act 2015, breaching the data protection act to contact customers which have aired their experiences online and contacting them via email address to intimidate/harrass them and a long list of other breaches/crimes.

I hope that this petition will generate enough signatures to enable me to present it to the relevant parties and that they will then be forced to take action. Otherwise more and more innocent people are going to lose money and have to endure a lot of distress trying to obtain recompense. Thank you in anticipation of your help.

ecommerce brands (online retail sales, connected to not in the dog house)

william james wright has no shame, one lady had to choose between feeding herself, her dog or baby which is not a position anyone should be put in, he has taken money from wounded veterans, NHS workers, old age pensioners, disabled and the mentally ill, some of the most vulnerable people in society have been taken advantage of by this man!
