As an honors student at Nau, maintaining a 3.3 GPA is a requirement for graduation, I had a routine that worked,  however now due to new circumstances surrounding Corona Virus, all classes are changed to online and many students are unsure how to adapt to this sudden change. I think that instead of letter grades, this semester should be PASS/FAIL. These unusual circumstances shouldn’t reflect our GPAS for the remainder of our college years. Many students inevitably are going to suffer from the removal of face to face class. Many professors are already expressing their uncertainty in our new “online semester”. Nobody really knows what’s going on, so I think making Spring2020 semester  PASS/FAIL is the best way to alleviate tension and make sure GPAS aren’t negatively affected by this unforeseen crisis.
