Every single person who has supported the campaign so far should feel proud. We move forward with hope and love firmly in our hearts, despite the unjust outcome on Thursday evening. 

We gave the council every reason to defer or refuse the application, but our elected leaders chose money and power, over the people they represent. Shame on them!

Our three speakers were brilliant. They spoke so well on behalf of our 20,000+ signatories, the wildlife of the wood and meadow, and we love them for it! We need to rest, regroup and gather our strength, because THIS IS NOT OVER.
