Hello, I would like to start a petition to make drug testing mandatory for welfare recipients. I think this is a huge economic issue in NC and the entire country and do not believe my taxes should be used to support folks that abuse the system, take our money and use for their addictions. I know there are many of my peers that feel the same about this issue. If this were to happen and drug addicts are cut off from getting support, so many other people could benefit and there could actually be a surplus of money that may allow for increased benefits. I also believe those that falsely claim benefits should held accountable for their actions and penalized. How do we make this happen? Thanks for your time
