We the undersigned ask Norfolk County Council to build the NWL. The 3/4 NDR has increased traffic in many areas outside norwich city centre. Increasing rat running, congestion and pollution. Finishing the last 1/4 is a sensible idea alongside environmental improvements and safeguarding. The people of norfolk show thier support for the final section of this road. After all the negative press from other councils who have come out against the road these are people who do not live in the areas effevted by the lack of building it. The small roads were not designed for the sheer amount of traffic and heavy vehicles now uisng them to get from one side or norwich to the other.
