The second puzzle in our “St. Mary’s Puzzle Series” was released Friday.  Give it a try and share it around.  This week’s puzzle was taken underwater in Cameron Lake during the summer of 2019 by Nick Hawkins.  The location happens to be right where the proposed Cochrane Hill gold mine will drain their effluent and is the headwaters to McKeen’s Brook.  It enters the river at McKeen’s Pool and is one of the four most popular and productive pools on the river.

Remember one week after the release of each puzzle we will release the next puzzle and draw for one SMRA ball cap per release (4 ball caps).  The winners will be announced on our FB page.

To be eligible for the ball cap draw you must take a screen shot or a picture of the completed puzzle. You will send this screen shot or picture to one of our emails:

stmarysriver@ns.sympatico.ca

thegoldmeconversation@gmail.com

We will need you to also include your full name, phone number and email. We will contact the winner and post the winner on Facebook next Friday or Saturday.  We will hold onto the ball cap until the pandemic subsides and mail the hats out to our winners.

Have fun and enjoy this weeks St Mary’s River Valley Puzzle!
