A #nomatchnocatch video has been added to this petition because we are still trying to get the DNA results for the internal vaginal swab.
In addition, although the guilty plea document has nolo contendere written on top of it, according to our attorneys, the document is dual purpose. The nolo contendere term would have needed to be circled and noted in other areas of the paperwork. So the legality question of the guilty plea will have to rest. Unfortunately, there were other errors associated with the guilty plea but the time to properly address those items has expired.
