Greetings New and Veteran Supporters:

Happy King Holiday

Our attorneys have confirmed that Michael's conviction AS - IS is sustainable. Period.  So the pursuit of the supplemental DNA report is important to open up the next door of opportunity to get him released from capital punishment.

It is undeniable that capital punishment sentencing for a rape case where the witness herselfstates under oath that "she was not hurt" was EXCESSIVE sentencing.

The judge responsible for the excessive sentencing is now retired as of 2023.

Capital punishment sentencing associated with a guilty plea has been illegal in Georgia at one point to my understanding. I will have to get further clarification on this perspective because the life sentence issued is not capital punishment until the recidivism was stacked on top of  it.

Michael's case is a slippery slope of twists and turns all for a long series of local promotions.

Unfortunately, under duress and unnecessary medication, Michael signed for one charge and like a blank check, the State added on the rest of the charges. He had no one on his side at the time. From the surface, the guilty plea looks legitimate, but it doesn't make sense when the jury was ready to deliberate and Michael was detained in jail a whole year waiting for a fair trial.

Nonetheless, the State has called their actions justified until more new evidence is presented. Our attorneys are still working on the supplemental DNA information. Hopefully, new developments will be ready by the end of this month.

Thank you for your continued support and Peace and Blessings to you.
