Happy New Year Everyone:

I was disheartened that although the medical exam showed no signs of injury, no bruising, no lacerations, no tears, etc. And in the trial transcripts, she admits that she was not hurt but somehow- it was NOT enough to get Michael released from the rape charge in 2023. It is actually mind boggling.

In addition, if there was a DNA match for the internal vaginal sample, then it would have been listed in the 2007 DNA report, but Georgia is requiring a supplemental DNA statement or report to rule out unwanted sexual intercourse. 

Our attorneys submitted a request prior to the Holiday season so hopefully, we will get the supplemental DNA report soon. We all know that if it was in the State's favor then we would have had the information in 2015 when I first questioned the DNA Report. 

I am very frustrated about many things besides Michael's case. I am also grateful about my 2023 achievements. Life is a mixed bag.

January 2024 marks 17 years of Michael being detained associated with this bogus rape/capital punishment case. It's going on the ninth year of my advocacy.

I sincerely hope someone in Augusta, Georgia runs opposing Judge Danny Craig this re-election term if this case does not disqualify him.

Prayerfully, within another month, we will be able to bring closure to the #exoneratemichaelChristopherBlocker campaign.
