Our campaign spoke with attorneys today about the 2021 notice of Appeal that has had the "wording" CHANGED in the current case management file. Mr. Blocker was never served the November 8, 2021 appeal notice. 

The attorneys are looking into what this means to get Michael released.

Prayerfully, the Georgia Bureau of Investigations or the FBI are working on the release process. The exoneration of Michael Christopher Blocker is near. How can this much corruption be swept under a rug? Every judge on a Georgia bench can probably set their threshold of corruption really low if this racket in Augusta, Georgia does not get corrected with some urgency.

 #exonerateMichaelChristopherBlocker case is the epitome of prosecutorial misconduct, ineffective assistance of counsel, obstruction of justice, and denial of due process attached to a capital punishment sentencing. Judge James Blanchard Jr was the senior judge in 2008. The circus was on his watch. Both Columbia County and Richmond County judges need to be addressed.
