Please keep Michael uplifted in your prayers. This exoneration process has been a rollercoaster ride: up , down, twists and turns. 

I need to address the 2007 Guilty plea on file. Judge Blanchard Jr hollered that in 2015 when I told him that a guilty plea associated with a life without parole sentence when a jury literally is sitting in front of you does not make a bit of sense.

Augusta, Georgia Reporter Sandy Hodson verbally told me that she was there in 2008,  and she seemed totally convinced before the 2021 release of the trial transcripts that Michael was guilty.

Three public defenders allowed their  medicated client to sign a guilty plea for LWOP with a jury in front of them. How unethical is that?

In 2015, I addressed Blanchard about the "plea deal" that Michael thought that he signed for 20 years for burglary. Again, Judge Blanchard Jr clarified that Michael signed a guilty plea. THERE is a difference.

The "guilty plea" was for three charges that include a rape and kidnapping that didn't happen and the corresponding arrest dates don't even coincide with the burglary arrest date.

This case has an shitload of flags and no merit, but there has been no rush to correct the situation. The State got away with the "win" because the defense was incompetent, ineffective, and outright out of order. Even in 2023, the same defense team is refusing to uphold any common decency to save a man's life and the family the burden from the prison expenses. It is outright pathetic. Society wants to see justice Nationwide, but pathetic cases like this capital punishment sentencing- Black folks and the NAACP Augusta are being complacent.

I have made like 20 attempts to contact the Augusta NAACP and no answer is all that I have encountered. Injustice does not get a break; so why doesn't the NAACP at least answer phone calls and messenger correspondence?

People don't need to holler foul play at everything when they let blatant injustice just linger.

This is a call to action in Augusta, Georgia- Exonerate Michael Christopher Blocker.
