Greetings Supporters: We appreciate you- New and old.

At first glance, a new Attorney abruptly responds this case is 16 years old, and it's a guilty plea. But we say -hold up a minute!

1) While the case is open, the prosecution limits what documents can be viewed. They limit who can view documentation. So until the case is closed- the family such as myself cannot get all the case files. The family needed to see the case files while the case was open.. Furthermore, the 2008 trial transcripts were not released until 2021 despite repeated requests since 2008. The 182 pages are literally a game changer.

2) Michael and his immediate family fought for the first 8 years-  through civil and criminal filings. I joined the fight in 2015 and we have been fighting for 16 years total. Those responsible for the collective obstruction of justice and collective cover-up - spent every effort to intimidate every person who has ever tried to assist with the exoneration of Michael Christopher Blocker.

3) The family has directly asked 3 out of 4 of the 2007/2008 defense team members to correct this injustice. None want to touch the case. The lead defense attorney apparently is retired and has gone into hiding. Where is the code of ethics in Augusta, Georgia?

4) The district attorney seems focused on quantity of wins  for the prosecution versus the quality of the wins. A conviction integrity unit is needed in Richmond County, Georgia as well as Columbia County, Georgia.

The bottom line is that we have fought long and hard for the last 16 years. We have plenty of receipts,  and we trust God to have a greater reward for All of our sacrifices.

If any attorney can help Michael to find out why his case was re- opened in 2021 without a certificate of service nor a court date, then we would be appreciative. Also, we  need to know why new judge Amanda Heath has not answered the January 2022 pro se motion in case management.
