I told D.A. Jared Williams years ago that Danny Craig tried to get rape as the first charge but the 2007 grand jury DENIED indictment. District Attorney Williams told me that I wrong. The proof is  attached of what I was willing to show him, but he required me to have an attorney to meet with him.  

The pictured document reveals the private attorney name that was initially hired by the Blocker family as well. This private attorney withdrew from the 2007 regional HIGH profile case without even fulfilling any relief to the family in 2007. This was a phony rape case with costume jewelry and a collection of pennies as the primary "stolen goods" at the center of the burglary.

Let me be clear- at this point, Augusta Georgia judicial system as a whole is either a part of the solution or part of the problem.

Why continue to detain an innocent man who has already served going on 16 years for a phony rape case?

Capital punishment sentencing for a phony rape case is an all time low for the State of Georgia as a whole. Augusta, Georgia had plenty of opportunities to correct this case quietly since I began working on it in 2015. Instead, compounding requests for trial transcripts, new trial, appeal have not yielded relief in Augusta, Georgia.

I recently called and wrote into the DA office. I am not receiving any response to whether or not this nightmare is going to end soon. Michael will be happy to speak with the Georgia Bureau of Investigations and the Federal Bureau of Investigations.

Sitting Chief Judges are at center of this injustice. This nation is looking at this corruption.  The digital footprints of this journey for justice is undeniable.

Prayerfully,  Augusta, Georgia is ready to release an innocent man to return to society to show his growth, his gifts, and his God given purpose.
