Michael Christopher Blocker has been listening to the radio and was excited about all the successful exonerations going on. The single common factor is that the "prosecution withheld evidence."

His case is no exception.

1) His 181 pages of trial transcripts were withheld for over 13 years.

2) A DNA expert testimony about the case was withheld.

3) A 2010 hearing in which we have written transcripts of has been withheld from  subsequent federal judge responses. The multiple references to the 2010 case number have been intentionally ignored and even reassigned to a 2012 case of a different offender.

I could go on and on, but you see the pattern of obstruction of justice and denial of due process in Augusta, Georgia.

Injustice for one is injustice for all.

Justice delayed is justice denied.
