So Judge James Blanchard Jr. Has implied that Michael Christopher Blocker's 2008 case was not a capital Punishment Trial, but Clearly, from Ashley Wright's email one week prior to start of the trial, she knew that the State was going after capital Punishment sentencing. 

She and Danny Craig didn't want to lose this LWOP trial so they stole it!

Are the feds or the GBI going to correct this?
