In the #freeLouisMathews MA case, the DNA report was biased against the defendant to be confusing. The DNA results are the results, but the way it was reported and summarized can be compared to a false witness.

This injustice in Massachusetts got me thinking to review Michael's DNA related reports in Georgia. There was a screening for Male DNA completed first to see if they could get charges to stick, then the DNA Typing came out on Valentine's Day 2007. 

In comparing the DNA screening to the DNA typing report, the description went from internal/cervical and external to internal Vaginal and external Vaginal without any reference to where "external" samples came from. The Massachusetts DNA report  detailed body parts like under the fingernails, etc. 

Michael's Georgia DNA reporting is TOO vague to attach a capital punishment sentence to him. 

There was no bodily injury. No violent pictures. No breaking of entering. Just absolutely Nothing to justify a Life without parole sentence. NO internal/cervical MATCH. NO rape DNA match. No reason that we have been asking for his exoneration going on five years and the retaliation has been utterly ridiculous.
