1. Forensic Biologist Cynthia Seguin was Courteous and prompt in returning my phone call. She needs permission from the judicial circuit to discuss my questions about the DNA screening and typing reports. ( NO specific judge name was given.) I don't understand how I have multiple questions about the DNA report and "the devils" in 2007/2008 had NO Questions? They just wanted their promotions by any means necessary.
2. So my call to the DA office nets me a redirection to Clerk of Court. The DA office receptionist was kind but under clear instructions. The superiors at the DA office Definitely do not want to assist in correcting a wrongful incarceration. Therefore, I strongly suggest that the Augusta Richmond County Georgia voters VOTE the current sitting DA out of office in November 2020.
Injustice to anyone is an injustice to everyone. Thank you to everyone who may have called on Michael's behalf. The current DA knows the judges and can easily fix Michael's situation. Yes, they prosecute for the State, but their code of ethics should hold them accountable to correct past prosecutorial misconduct attached to their personal office. I suppose since the people who committed the misconduct are sitting on the judicial circuit- I can see how she could be uncomfortable. So again, please start EARLY voting for June 2020 election to clean up the ARC judicial circuit starting with a write in for Daniel J. Craig's seat.
3. Clerk of Court is closed until June 1, 2020. I will see if anything was filed after Michael's 2018 motion. Apparently, the prison and Judicial system doesn't believe in legal mail correspondence in any type of timely fashion. The prison opened up Michael's legal mail from Centurion before it even got to him and it was clearly stamped LEGAL mail. Michael notices when his rights are violated, but for now, we will continue to document since the prison Commissioner and Governor don't seem to care about prisoner rights based on Mike's Last grievance denial. When you can't get a compromise on a "food package," then it leaves very little respect for the Commissioner nor the Governor. Oh, we could ask Stacey Abrams about that too. Anyway . . .
