In 2018 when the motion to dismiss the grand jury indictment went on the court books, the response from the Augusta, Georgia public defenders office was that they could not assist. Although, their 2008 staff was responsible for Michael's CAPITAL punishment (LWOP), but no one could help. I actually got the idea to fix Mike's case from a movie: "Crown Heights."
It is now that I believe that the problem is that there are politics preventing favorable results in the motion to dismiss the grand jury indictment and Michael's release.
The June 2020 election in Augusta, GA is the final election for some of the judicial seats. Judge Daniel J. Craig's seat is expiring! Either 5400 people can petition for one additional name to be put on the ballot or everyone silently write-in a candidate. (My understanding here; not to be taken as legal advice.)
Let me be clear that Judge Daniel J. Craig has some ruthless retaliation stories attached to his name. A "Write-in candidate" probably is the quietest way to get him removed from the bench.
Attached is a picture of how dirty he and Judge Ashley Wright are. They stacked rape and kidnapping charges at the last minute before Judge Blanchard Jr sentenced him to capital punishment. (Life without parole)
I have other evidence of prosecutorial misconduct for Michael's case. If the FBI or GBI would indict, then I would happily assist them with compounding evidence against Judge Ashley Wright.
Please call the DA office starting Monday to demand that the grand jury indictment is dismissed and Michael is released. He will need restitution to get on his feet and reimburse me. We can file a civil suit later for restitution.
