Michael's case is such a slippery slope. The phony rape charge carries the life sentence. The trial and jury were interrupted on the third day so essentially the unlawful "Nolo" canceled the trial.  The "Nolo" (guilty plea) which I can prove that (now) Judge Ashley Wright SIGNIFICANTLY and wrongfully altered the "NOLO" after Michael's signature was obtained under medication and duress by adding additional charges.

Anyway, we hope to weave through all the corruption, because we know the truth. There are so many layers that I don't see how to exonerate Michael without indicting those who wrongfully incarcerated him for promotion purposes. Unless the current or future Augusta Richmond County District Attorney dismisses the grand jury indictment.

The "motion to dismiss" has been sitting on the Augusta court books since 2018. The courts should be open to the public again soon. If anyone can assist with calling and/or writing the DA office to get the grand jury indictment dismissed- that would be great!
