Entering into the fifth year, #exonerateMichael continues
1) Union Supply has confirmed that the two missing food packages will have to be reimbursed by the prison facility if the facility made error(s) resulting in Michael not receiving his food packages. Union Supply did say food package distribution lasted through 12/30; however, Michael neither signed nor received anything as of 1/8/2020.
2) Michael is in segregation which is stressful mentally on all inmates. It is a "confinement situation" versus a "campus situation." Georgia Innocence Project provided a resource list that be used for legal assistance.
3)Our email communications are being filtered and delayed. Some emails have had three week delays. So they are out of order and not being received in a timely manner based on our phone conversations. Michael is very descriptive in explaining abnormalities that he is seeing within the prison. Some of these deficiencies can create dangerous prisoner situations as prisons like Mississippi have experienced recently.
4) Michael is falsely imprisoned, non-gang member. An analogy of the situation is like having a "kid running with the adults." Michael is more of a liability to the prison system while incarcerated than to release him into society. All his counselors consistently describe him as pleasant to speak with. Of course, when he is not happy because his patience has been exhausted, he has a temper which is normal for any human being. Please continue to pray for exoneration and restitution.
5) Some supporters have asked how to assist with the campaign. I don't have an exact answer. The "corrupt" judges probably need to be indicted, forced to resign, or just die. (Sorry to be so harsh but my own patience has grown thin with the lack of ethics and the compromised status of the FBI, SBI, and whatever agencies that know the long history of corruption in Augusta, GA yet, have not overturned it.
Most attorneys are intimidated by the Corruption so unless we have six figures to get started, I think, we are just waiting for the miracle to happen. Thank you for your continued support.
