Michael is housed at the same prison that celebrity rapper T.I.'s acquaintance Cap was housed. Michael is taking any death threats against him seriously in light of the recent death of Cap. 

Michael does not have a job so all requests for monies is essentially extortion attempts on the family.

There is no DNA that supports the life without parole sentence that Judge Blanchard, Jr. Issued.

This is our Fifth year fighting this Wrongful conviction.

The prison lost two Holiday Food packages in December 2019 that the family and friends ordered. They may have been given to the wrong inmate who may have used some of Michael's missing documents to falsify his identity. 

Because all of Michael's personal and confidential mail is missing, it creates identity theft concerns for the whole family.

Our email communications seem to be selectively delayed as well. 

The warden says that there is an open investigation. We are hoping for Michael's release and exoneration. This false imprisonment is an ongoing liability for everyone. It really is time to move on.  #exonerateMichael
