April1-15: Michael C. Blocker starts receiving mail dismissing grievances or delaying grievances from various sources including Georgia State Bar.
April 17, 2019: Georgia Attorney General Christopher Carr's office acknowledges change of venue request but says to address this to an attorney. They also re-state their 2016 response that they can not be of assistance. So 2016 and 2019 -same EXACT response.
April 25, 2019: Michael is forced to make a temporary visit to Augusta, GA
April 26, 2019: J. Randal Hall rules on 1:19 cv036 overruling submitted objections except the "clerical error" made by Brian K. Epps. J. Randal Hall also denies certificate of appeal. J. Randal Hall also denies any future filings from an "indigent" status. Let's say J. Randal Hall was as inclusive as he could be in stopping any future filings. He also neglected to acknowledge cases (2010) 10cv2368 and S11H1214 (2011) Brian K. Epps reported 2012 as Michael Blocker's first habeas both in (2016) 1:16cv034 as well as (2019) 1:19cv036 REPORTS. Objections filed by Michael Blocker in 2016 and 2019 both mention the omission of the 2010 and 2011 filings. J. Randal Hall REFUSES to ACKNOWLEDGE Brian K. Epps omission of 2010/2011 filings; yet, J. Randal Hall does acknowledge Brian K. Epps' clerical error.
April 27-28, 2019: Michael survives the threat on his life.
It is unclear how the 2010 hearing in Lowndes County was held without any trial transcripts from the 2008 RCCR00181 cases. It is unclear if there was a certificate of appeal in play. It is unclear why Michael C. Blocker's case was heard in a change of venue outside of Richmond County except to bury the case. (i.e. cover up the scandal leading to the promotion of Daniel J. Craig and Ashley Wright two days after the trial and constitutional rights were stolen from Michael C. Blocker.)
The trial transcripts from 10cv2368 are quite damaging to the State of Georgia which probably why J. Randal Hall and Georgia Attorney General Christopher Carr are refusing to acknowledge that they exist. How did this case get to the Georgia Supreme Court without the trial transcripts from the original 2008 Richmond County case?
We have the file copies of 2010/2011 filings. Michael C. Blocker has never seen the trial transcripts of the 2008 stolen trial despite submitting repeated written requests for them over the decade. We are preparing to continue this good fight. Thank you for your continued support.
