1. GA State Bar says it does not have the power to review an attorney's effectiveness nor discipline attorneys for legal strategies (or lack thereof) - paraphrasing here. In a nutshell, they dismissed our grievance against the public defender. Although, the family paid a private attorney who was a total waste of money, but it was nice of him to show up at his client's funeral.
2. The other two public defenders were included in the lawsuit because they played a critical role in the railroading process. Personally, I never could find any formal documentation of there being a "public defender team" in 2008, but instead of getting amnesia, the two additional public defenders never denied involvement since the first 2016 article addressing their involvment. So I am convinced that they did indeed play a significant role in the interruption of Michael's constitutional rights.
3. The Georgia Attorney General was newly appointed in 2016 when Michael filed the first habeas corpus, but in 2019, thus far, they have acknowledged our change of venue request and kept Michael's 2019 case open.
4. The motion to dismiss the grand jury indictment has been sitting idle since June 2018.
5. I have no doubt that everyone misjudged the case in 2007/2008. However, it is 2019, and they all recognize that they screwed up, but NO ONE has the balls to fix it. This is what is more CRIMINAL than the original mistake itself.
6. There are two sheriff deputies in Charlotte that colluded with Georgia to wipe out my bank account in 2016. The article is attached.
7. We will continue to work on contingency plans. It is our fourth year fighting, and Michael's life without parole sentence is ridiculous. We will go over and through every obstacle. We have EVERYTHING to GAIN. They have everything to LOSE. If we meet in the middle, then we will not be dealing with this drama in 2020. Until then, let the trainwreck continue to stockpile up.
8. We are not wrong . . . . it is all about who can hold out the longest. Please continue to pray for our continued renewal to keep pounding until Michael is released and restitution is paid.
