1) The certified letter to Attorney General Christopher Carr was sent 3/13/2019 requesting a recusal of the two judges that screwed us over in 2016.  That letter went missing on 3/15/2019.  Consumer affairs and USPS are still searching for it.

2) I have since emailed Attorney General Christopher Carr asking about recusal of Brian K. Epps and J. Randal Hall and change of venue while CV119-036 is in an open state.

3)The recommendation by Brian K. Epps to dismiss our form 1983 (Complaint of civil violation) is based on Heck vs. Humphrey, but assistant to Lisa Godbey Wood, Chief Judge in 2016, had the clerk of court to send us the very same form 1983 in 2016.  We decided to file it in 2019 because we felt our "denial of due process" angle was beyond a shadow of a doubt our best defense to date.  I still have the 2016 envelope from Brunswick, GA that the very forms were mailed in.

4) Since the Southern District of Georgia continues to DENY ALL of the reasonable doubt and denial of constitutional rights,  Mike and I agreed that our best objection response should be "Ki$$ our a$$" with sparkly lights, colored gel ink and glitter.  Of course, we discussed with his sister and she added "Ki$$ the crack of our A$$"  LOL  Yes!  We are all on the same page.  Nothing we say is going to be good enough for Brian K. Epps and J. Randal Hall, but we are going to maintain a higher standard in our formal response.  We will expect their usual bull$hit response and order to close without relief.  This final attempt will show that we exhausted all measures in asking for exoneration through the Southern District of Georgia with no hint of relief. 

5) We are still hopeful that the FBI, GBI or some agency will indict these individuals who continue to operate in a criminal manner with no intention of upholding any code of ethics.
