The Good news:  

• Georgia State Bar has our grievance against Public Defender Hugh Hadden.
• Michael's case is out of the scope of the Augusta, GA Public Defender's office at this point.
• The Southern District of Georgia - Augusta Division has received Michael's complaint of civil violation as well as certified funds.
• A letter to  Georgia Attorney General  Christopher Carr is enroute requesting change of venue because of the corruption experienced in 2016 with the Federal judges in the Augusta Division.  
• Michael's trial was stolen on 1.16.2008  Daniel J. Craig and Ashley Wright received promotions/appointments from Governor Sonny Perdue on 1.18.2008  just two days later.  Curious whether Michael's trial was lasting too long.  Is it possible that they didn't want to postpone their pre-scheduled promotion?  A phony capital felony case . . . that they just rushed through and saw no need to correct the situation in 2016 when cv 116-034 was filed highlighting the errors.

The attached article shows a Long history of strange proscecutions in the Augusta, GA area.  The most recent trending story is that of Reality Winner (#freeRealityWinner) .  I am hoping that both Michael and Reality see freedom soon. Chief Judge J. Randal Hall is a common denominator for both cases.

I believe 2019 is the year for Michael's release and a correction in the corruption plaguing the Southern District of Georgia - Augusta Division.
