By now, everyone knows the truth . . .  Michael C. Blocker was used as a scapegoat for 2008 Augusta, Georgia promotions.  It was a phony case that was oversensationalized by the media on a regional scale.  The national news didn't pick it up because the case didn't make sense in 2008, and it does not make sense now.  Half the people on the last lawsuit paperwork were judges.  Anyway, no use in dwelling over spilled milk.

Our bigger challenge at present is that all of a sudden, money is being deducted from Michael's prison account for medicine that he didn't receive and other unexplained "copays."  He has asked repeatedly for copay appeal forms, but he has not received one.  The prison says they can not discuss Mike's business account with me because it belongs to Michael, but Michael's sister, friends, and I are the ones putting money on his account.  Michael does not have direct deposit from an employer so really, I feel that we are discussing "family" business" versus "Mike's money."  Anyway, we are hoping that the prison stops stealing money out of his account.  He was not being charged for medical care for a decade, now, it seems they are freely deducting money at will from his account.

On a separate note, I decided my rapist should have to pay for all the flashbacks and anxiety that I've sufferred with from 1990.  I submitted my request to Asheville, NC District Attorney Todd Williams this month asking for kidnapping charges be brought against my assailant, Mark Lee Murray III. The 1990 rape charges were dismissed. Those charges may not be able to be refiled, but new kidnapping charges would be a nice compromise in lieu of the rape charges. North Carolina does not have a statute of limitations on felonies.

Please continue to pray outloud for Michael's safety, my safety, Michael's exoneration, and restitution for this ridiculous four year scandal. Also, please pray outloud for justice for me and my North Carolina rape/kidnapping case.
