Michael says that the prison finally did answer his grievance. His summary of the answer is that since his current facility was not where the original grievance started so they can not honor the grievance. We are hoping that the private attorney hired in 2007 will finally refund the family's money as a settlement for the unrest that Michael has served for 10 years now. By the end of February, Michael should have a response. Michael and I had been using jpay email to expedite his legal affairs, but as it comes to no surprise, now, his Wifi is now unavailable on his tablet. My communication with him is about the speed of "snail mail" again. As far my own fight on the homefront, I have narrowed down that my local Sheriff department seems to be where the manipulation of the aggressive collection process from August 2016 through October 2016 took place. That story is attached. In the meantime, Ava Duvernay released a documentary called "13th" or "13" to update citizens on the moneymaking prison system which is modern day slavery associated with the 13th Amendment of the Constitution.
