Michael's grievance filed with the prison dated 12/13/2016 surrounding denial of due process and false prisonment has received "no answer" as of yet. He is at a 30 business days wait time not including the Holidays. We need to exhaust the "prison grievance process" before filing the lawsuit. Otherwise, we are afraid that they will deny us a hearing and redirect us to finish the grievance process. I also called the prison commissioner office this past week to check on the status of Michael's letter to the commissioner. In a nutshell, I was told that the prison commissioner does not accept letters from the incarcerated. Unfortunately, Michael's letter may have been trashed. I expressed my disappointment of the ill regard of prisoner correspondence. The representative was sympathetic. In the meantime, Michael's fictional book "Wrong Answer" is coming along.
