First of all, Happy New Year and thank you to those who may have emailed Michael for his birthday. Unfortunately, I am unsure of Michael's status at this time. The jpay email system has shown to be delayed in delivery of some emails. My last email from him was quite disturbing. Also, the prison was on Holiday status which means no counselor was available to get prisoner status. In addition, several calls to the counselor over the last two days have been unsuccessful. They do not have voicemail. I do not know if he is still isolated or not. Please keep him in your prayers for safety and release. We are still waiting for an answer to his grievance of denial of due process and false imprisonment. Literally, I have not heard from him since Thursday. This is unusual. I will update again when I get verifiable status of his return to some sort of normalcy as far as his prison routine is concerned. My last (monitored) email received from him is attached.
