Prior to Michael's abrupt prison relocation in June 2016, his one day/overnight mail was withheld over a week. He had mail refused citing frivolous excuses. I had to write the FBI, because as a pro se petitioner, the prison was interfering with his legal affairs. Now, at this new facility, the law library is so outdated that Michael can not even find his own case records. The administration has moved him to a dorm with NO WiFi preventing effective email exchange. In addition, his outgoing mail is being returned repeatedly. He is writing a book, and I am editing, but he is now having problems getting his corrections mailed to me through US postal mail since email access is being restricted. I am just beginning to send him US postal mail again because of the recent WiFi shortage. I am hoping that his incoming mail is delivered promptly to him or I will have to report back to FBI. The completion of his book will be a fundraiser for him at a bare minimum. We have six chapters that written, but they still need collaboration which means we need email service or us mail service working at optimal speeds. I pray that this strain on his communication access will subside soon. He needs to finish his book and finish filing the lawsuit paperwork. Please continue sharing this #exonerateMichael initiative.
