It should not be illegal for non-custodial fathers to be unemployed in America.  Unemployment should not be a situation where a father should  have to worry about getting arrested, since the state suspended his drivers license privaledges.  We should not be threatened by state or federal officials if we are unemployed during a significant economic downturn in the nation.  Today, we are in the worst economic downturn, since the Great Depression and are threatened by state officials that want to remove our drivers license or put us in jail, since we are not working. 

There are 26 million disenfranchised workers in America today.  17% of the civilian labor force is unemployed, through no fault of their own.  We have rights as fathers and claim that right with this petition.

Furthermore, we should not have to suffer in a National Economic Crisis and have half of our Emergency Unemployment checks taken away by the State.  There should be a maximum allowable amount of 15% available for the custodial parent in this situation!!!!!   We have had it with the American court system taking away our liberties and want our liberties back.  This is America, not a communist country, last time I checked.
