As someone who has closely followed the careers of Shaun Bridgmohan and Omar Walker, I am moved to start this petition in recognition of their remarkable achievements. Both individuals have shown exceptional dedication, skill, and integrity in their respective fields. Their accomplishments are not just personal triumphs but also serve as an inspiration to many.

Shaun Bridgmohan is a renowned jockey who has made significant contributions to horse racing. Eclipse Award-winning Jamaican jockey, Shaun has twice won six races on a card in North America, first at Aqueduct in 1998 and at Fair Grounds in New Orleans 2007 and has over 3,400 career wins under his belt. His perseverance and commitment have paved the way for other aspiring Jockey’s from Jamaica.Also his philanthropist work in Jamaica. 

Omar Walker is another outstanding individual whose work deserves recognition. He is one of Jamaica's most successful jockeys with six championship titles. His consistent performance over the years speaks volumes about his talent and dedication.

Their extraordinary achievements warrant consideration for the National Civil Honours and Awards. By conferring these honours on them, we would be acknowledging their hard work, celebrating their success, and inspiring future generations to strive for excellence.
