Just wanted to thank everyone who has taken the time to add their name in support of this plastic bag ban in Nome. 
I know we can skyrocket this number, please share and encourage your peers, family, friends, coworkers and acquaintances to learn more about the plastic pollution harming our subsistence lifestyles. How important it is to pave the way forward by lessening the demand for plastic production and a step toward keeping our Bering Strait clean. 

I appreciate the support and will update you with an upcoming public event and when I will put my proposal packet in front of the City Council 2020.
