Petition update#NoKaepernickNoNFL - Boycott NFL Games If Colin Kaepernick Doesn't Play This SeasonNFL Owners Commit $89M to Aid African-American Causes Over 7 Years

In an unprecedented move, the NFL Owners & a group of about 40 players known as the "Players Coalition", have agreed to fund $89 million to aid social & justice causes around African-American issues over the next 7 years.
25% will go to the United Negro College Fund, 25% will go to Dream Corps, and 50% will go to the Players Coalition, which will be overseen by the Hopewell Fund (side note: the Hopewell fund does not have any African-Americans in leadership/board positions).
The NFL says this will NOT be in exchange of players standing during the National Anthem, but "hopes this effort will effectively end" the protest, started by Colin Kaepernick last season.
The agreement didn't come without its issues, however. Several members of the "Players Coalition" broke off with the group, citing "miscommunication" among other things. One notable player who broke off is San Francisco 49ers Eric Reid, who took a knee with Kaepernick all last season (and is continuing to do so), and Coalition leader Malcolm Jenkins, who has communicated with the NFL Owners to get this done.
In all, however, the deal got done.
NOW THAT WE GOT THAT OUT THE WAY...let's see what happens next. They STILL HAVEN'T ADDRESSED the issue of Colin Kaepernick being banned from the NFL. So our boycott STILL STANDS. Obviously, it's working in more ways than one.
Can't wait until the owners are still surprised of future low ratings, even after all this. Maybe then they will directly address the ROOT issue of why Kaepernick took a knee, instead of hoping to cure it with "money".

(Correction: An earlier post stated the NFL committed nearly $100M to causes. We can confirm that it's actually $89 million over 7 years).
