An independent acoustic expert working across the Manly precinct to review the proposed sound framework, which we believe is based on an inflated and non-compliant baseline.
Many residents are already living with noise levels that exceed what should be permitted. This work will establish the true, real-world impact inside homes across Manly and provide the evidence needed to challenge both the proposal and existing conditions.
Specialist legal expertise to take that evidence and use it effectively - ensuring it is properly framed, submitted, and, if required, relied upon in formal proceedings.
