The money the government has spent on court battles could be far better invested in supporting everyday Australians and the wider community. This win is a powerful reminder that it's about truth-telling, listening to First Nations people, and respecting our 60,000 years of heritage.

Kimba is a crossroads for us, the Barngarla people, and other First Nations people around Australia. This win empowers us to continue fighting for our rights, no matter the cost, because it's crucial for our communities. Our unity with supporters, elders, conservation groups, community groups, and the farmers of Kimba has been instrumental.

Despite this victory, the Federal Government can still appeal this decision. We now call on the federal government to abandon its flawed plan. Remember, stand up, speak up, and don't shut up.
