We, being residents/home owners of New Castle County Delaware, oppose the building of Arusha Village ( hereinafter referred to as “Arusha”), plan number 2022-0564. We oppose any variance recommendations/approvals for Arusha. We oppose re zoning. We oppose any vote that approve the building of Arusha. We all agree such a development is not beneficial to New Castle County residents, it will only benefit the builder, and it will have a negative impact on our County residents as a whole. 

Lastly , We support our fellow County residents who reside in Catalina Gardens , Robscott Manor, Yorkshire , The Woods at Yorkshire I and the Woods at Yorkshire II. We agree that Arusha will  negatively impact them more than anyone , in that their environment will suffer , the additional traffic will cause safety issues and over crowding issues , their property values will decrease, there will be an unacceptable amount of noise due to construction and so many additional people living in such a small space , and their sense of community and general way of life will suffer. Please do not allow this to happen.
