Good Morning-

I was doing some research last night and found that there is a large mixed use project planned for NW corner of Val Vista and Germann. This project looks pretty cool and brings some the requests of Shopping and restaurants, however, we must remember as we consider our petition points, traffic is a serious concern brought to the city council and board. This reinforces our points. We have also hit just over 1400 signatures. I’d like to hit 1500 in the next week. We are scheduled to meet with the developer on April 27th again. I will keep everyone posted. Keep sharing!
