The Madurai Bench of the MHC has asked the CBSE to present all question papers in different regional languages on 12th June. The decision regarding declaration of result would be taken that day. Meanwhile at Gujarat High Court, the CBSE has demanded another date. The board has still not taken any stand over the controversy. Next hearing at Gujarat High Court is to be held tomorrow. Another fresh petition has been filed in Madras High Court seeking cancellation of NEET by J Gladwin who demands that admissions into MBBS and BDS courses be under taken using 10+2 board scores. I don't think we need to worry about this particular petition much as the petitioners demands are completely out of question. However, the case hearing is scheduled at some day of this week. Have Patience. I believe the hearing on 12th will be in our favour. Somebody please try to get the contact details of students filing an IA in Supreme Court against Re-NEET.
