Support for last week’s announcement envisioning Orange Hills Regional Park was so high that it broke our website!  If you didn’t get a chance to check out our vision for a new regional park for Orange County,  now you can find out more about how to get involved.

THIS WEEKEND!  Grab your binoculars and join Barefoot Joel to welcome the return of fall migratory birds at California's oldest regional park, a diverse wildlife sanctuary connected to the 400-acre wildlife corridor Save Orange Hills is working to preserve.

We will stop frequently to observe, identify, appreciate and photograph native birds, listen for songs and calls, and learn how different species have adapted to the Woodland, Grassland, Coastal Sage Scrub and Riparian ecosystems.

Chances of encountering white-crowned sparrows, yellow-rumped warblers, cedar waxwings and other seasonal favorites!
