HOW TO CONTRIBUTE:
- In-person comment at City Hall
- Complete a speaker card located by the entrance to the Chamber and give the card to the City Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.
- Voicemail comment through phone
- Call (714) 744-2234 no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day of the City Council meeting.
- Written comment through email ccpubliccomment@cityoforange.org

PUBLIC COMMENT TEMPLATE (talking points)
SHIRTS, SIGNS, COSTUMES:
Wear a No Orange Heights (NOH) shirt. Hold up a NOH sign. Dress as one of the special status animals or plants (mountain lion, bobcat, coyote, fox, white-tailed kite, least Bell’s vireo, CA gnatcatcher, intermediate mariposa lily, many-stemmed dudleya, etc.) that is threatened by the proposed development project. GOAL:
- Request that the mayor and city council require The Irvine Company to draft a new Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and give the community an opportunity for meaningful public comment and engagement.
- Prevent The Irvine Company from developing the 400 acres of wildlife habitat between Irvine Regional Park and Peters Canyon Regional Park.
