My name is Jeannine, and I am a single mother doing everything I can to protect and care for my daughter, Tiye Hera Campbell. Life as a single mom has taught me how to navigate challenges with little time and few resources, but my love for my children has always kept me going. I am the mother of six children and also care for my ill mother, while recently losing my father. Despite all of this, I have stayed diligent in my mental health and recovery.

Recently, I have been fighting to keep custody of Tiye, and the journey has been incredibly difficult. Despite my best efforts, the legal system and the actions of my children's fathers have made things even harder. I have always put my children first, and I have documented proof of my dedication and love. In a heroic event, I harnessed an explosion and saved Tiye's life, which left me with skin grafts, lung damage, and several skeletal problems. Even through these injuries, I have remained committed to my children and their well-being. Now, I am facing the possibility of losing my daughter, and I am reaching out for help.

I created a learning coloring book for Tiye to inspire her and give her hope, but I need support to cover the legal fees required for proper representation in family court. The funds raised will also help us secure stable housing, provide Tiye with special toys she loves, and give her the chance to experience the joy of a trip to Disneyland. These things may seem simple, but they mean the world to us during this challenging time. Please, don’t let me lose my daughter. Any donation in kind will help our family reunite. I am holding onto faith and hope that with your support, I can keep my daughter with me and give her the happiness she deserves.

Please consider helping us. Your support will make a real difference in our lives, and I am deeply grateful for any contribution. Thank you for believing in us and for giving us hope

As a single Afro Latina caregiver, I have witnessed my family of six children endure unimaginable hardships at the hands of municipal agencies. We have suffered from a systematic pattern of misconduct, including but not limited to misrepresentation of facts, illegal intrusive searches and seizures, deliberate misinterpretation of due process, deprivation of rights, violations of Title Ada and human rights abuses. Our losses extend beyond our dignity; we've lost intellectual property, business equipment and profits. Most alarmingly though is the physical and medical abuse we've been subjected to.

Instances of discrimination are rampant; libel is common practice; judicial malpractice has become the norm rather than an exception. This isn't just about us - it's about every citizen who has had their rights trampled upon by those who are supposed to protect them.

Update: Empower Change for Eva Saita's Safe Return and Support for Families

Dear Supporters,

Thank you for your continued support and commitment to our cause. I am Jeannine Campbell Washington, a mother fighting tirelessly for the safe return of my beloved daughter, Eva Saita. Eva, who adores Paw Patrol and tea parties, deserves to be back in the loving embrace of her family.

We have made significant strides in our campaign, and I am grateful for the 6,000 signatures we have gathered. However, our journey is far from over. Our new goal is to reach $20,000 and gather 20,000 signatures—a vision of clarity, 20/20.

Your contribution, whether big or small, can make a profound impact. Please consider donating to our GoFundMe page ([link](https://gofund.me/566ca1a1 or through Cash App ($rszmedia). Every dollar counts towards reuniting families like mine and advocating for fair and just treatment in our courts.

Additionally, your support in spreading the word is invaluable. Please repost, reshare, and encourage others to join our cause. Together, we can empower change and ensure that families receive the support they need.

Let's stand together and make a difference. Eva and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, compassion, and unwavering support .

The United States Constitution guarantees each citizen certain inalienable rights - yet these rights seem to be conveniently forgotten when it comes to marginalized communities like ours. It's time for this systemic injustice to end.

We demand accountability from those responsible for these egregious actions. We call on lawmakers at all levels - local, state and federal - to take immediate action against this systematic pattern of misconduct by municipal agencies.

Stand with us in our quest for justice. Sign this petition today because everyone deserves equal protection under law irrespective of their race or socio-economic status.
