These lunches give students no time to eat or socialize with friends. Kids walking from the annex have even less time, especially if they are buying their lunches. Freshmen and students new to the school sit alone due to no friends in there lunches, as well as older kids who have set groups of friends. This is negatively impacting the social environment of Franklin high school and causing kids to dread a period that used to be considered a break.
